Last month, I ordered a unit of Swivel Sweeper from an online store. As soon as I received Swivel Sweeper, I gave it a try. At first attempt, Swivel Sweeper works just as advertised. It works especially well on hard surface. However, it is not designed to be use on uneven surface and outdoor areas.
I learned the hard way about Swivel Sweeper's batteries. If you read other reviews, you will find that many people complain about the batteries life. Since I have two units, I carefully study the battery manual and never face the problem again with the second unit. According to its user manual, battery charge time is dependent on the amount of power left in the battery after its last usage. You should charge the battery 6 to 8 hours after its power completely deplete. In addition, you cannot leave the battery in charger longer than 24 hours.
On the other hand, I really enjoy using Swivel Sweeper as it is extremely light - only two pounds. With four sides of rotating brushes, I can sweep the normally hard to reach areas. I also need not to bend down while cleaning like I usually did with cordless vacuums. In addition, it picks up small particle including cat fur, dust, leaves with little efforts.
Overall I rate Swivel Sweeper 7 out of 10. If you are looking for a sweeper you may want to give it a try.
